Reseda Studio Tour
Artists in the Reseda area opened their studios for a day so the public could meet them and see their work. The first year’s reception was held at 11:11 A Creative Collective’s traveling gallery in Tarzana. The second year’s “home base” was the Reseda Neighborhood Council’s Community Space. Fun A Day
Fun A Day is an open event where anyone and everyone is invited to choose a project to work on and then commit to working on it every day during the month of January. Afterwards, everybody gets together for a pop up show and party to share what they have done. Fun A Day started on the east coast and was brought to us by Reseda artist, Chloe Cumbow, who moved here from Rhode Island. In 2014, the pop up show was held in a vacant commercial space south of Sherman Way. Last year, 11:11 A Creative Collective hosted the exhibit in their traveling gallery on Sherman Way. This year, Fun A Day was hosted by the Reseda Neighborhood Council in their Community Space on Sherman Way.
